The piece consists of a reprogrammed desktop environment.
Windows 95 allows you to have "Themes"; which are
basically a complete modification of the desktop
(wallpaper, icons, sounds, screen saver, colors,
pointers, etc.). I have developed a special "theme"
which will replace the normal Windows 95 desktop. Rather
than simply changing the visual appearance of the
interface, I have altered the prograsmmed code to reflect
the dynamics of personal interrelationships. On top of
that desktop, I will also have some small programs which
users can run. The "theme" and each individual program
will be available separately.
